Meet Samantha
As the founder of Pathwelle and a certified Spinal Flow® Practitioner, my work began in a place of deep concern for someone I love.
There was a season when a close family member spent nights in the hospital in significant pain. Test after test came back “normal,” yet the pain remained. We left without answers and without relief. Watching someone you love suffer while being told everything looks “fine” changes you.
I began researching late into the night, determined to understand what might be missing. At one point, a medical device was suggested - something designed to send signals to the brain to help process stress differently.
That idea opened a new door for me.
If the brain and nervous system could influence pain and healing that profoundly… what else was possible?
That question led me to the nervous system and ultimately to Spinal Flow®.
What I discovered was something both simple and profound:
the body already knows how to heal.
It doesn’t need to be overridden or forced.
It needs to feel safe.
When the nervous system regulates, stored stress patterns can unwind, tension can release, and the body can return to doing exactly what it was designed to do.
And you know what? It worked.
Not temporarily. Not dependent on a device. Not limited to a short intervention window. But through gentle, hands-on support that helps the body restore balance naturally.
Today, I share this work with our community so you don’t have to keep walking around feeling stuck, off, or dismissed when everything looks “normal” on paper.
If you’ve ever felt like there has to be something deeper going on — you’re not wrong.
Through calm, precise contact along the spine and a grounded presence, I help individuals of all ages support nervous system regulation and reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence.
I offer in-person Spinal Flow® sessions in Cumming, Georgia, and welcome those traveling from near or far. Appointments can be thoughtfully arranged to make the most of your visit. I am also available to speak at workshops and collaborate on wellness retreats and community events.
If you're ready to explore what nervous system regulation can do for you, I would be honored to support you.
